At our brand, every piece is crafted exclusively from solid 925 sterling silver, chosen for its durability, beauty, and ability to be cherished for generations. A small selection of items those without an official assay hallmark may feature luxury plating to enhance their colour and finish. With proper care, all of our jewellery will age gracefully and remain radiant over time.

As with all precious metals, sterling silver may naturally develop fine surface scratches and a gentle patina with wear. This is part of the metal’s character. To refresh the shine on your jewellery, please use the polishing cloth provided with your order.

While sterling silver and plated pieces will not be structurally damaged by water exposure, textured surfaces can collect residue from soap, shampoo, or cleaning products, making the jewellery appear dull. For this reason, we recommend removing your pieces before showering or using household cleaning products. If residue does build up, a simple clean will restore the appearance.

A small number of cleaning, cosmetic, or skincare products can cause oxidisation on sterling silver, resulting in a darkened surface. This can usually be lifted with your polishing cloth on smooth areas, but textured sections may require more careful attention. For plated pieces, polishing should be done very gently to avoid wearing down the plating.

Cleaning Options

Depending on the level of cleaning needed, you can choose from the following:

1. Light Shine Restoration
Use a jewellery polishing cloth to brighten smooth, polished areas of sterling silver.
(For plated jewellery, polish lightly and with care.)

2. Removing Trapped Dirt
Soak your jewellery in warm water with a small amount of mild washing-up liquid for around 10 minutes. Using a soft-bristled brush (such as a baby toothbrush), gently clean any areas where dirt has collected.
